Full-time employees of Pegasus are technical specialists who need a benefit-rich compensation. Benefits will include comprehensive major medical and dental insurance for employee (with access to group family plan), term life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid vacation, sick days and holidays, tuition reimbursement and retirement plans.  Full-time employees will be eligible for such benefits after one month of employment.

Contract employees of Pegasus are technical specialists who prefer an hourly compensation in exchange for reduced benefits. Benefits will include access to group major medical and dental insurance, access to group rates for term life insurance and disability insurance, and retirement plan participation. Contract employees will be eligible for such benefits after 1040 hours of work for Pegasus.
